Identifying the best systemic solutions to the world’s greatest challenges and mobilizing support for them.

The Global Partnership for Civic Engagement (“The Global Partnership”) exists to help drive systemic innovation for a better century and to make it easier for more of humanity to participate personally in the process.

Our global civilization is like the Titanic. However, unlike in 1912, this time, we know we will hit the icebergs (environmental, political, technological, economic, and cultural - affecting all the critical aspects of civilization), and we know we have very little time before it is too late. When one faces any emergency, there is a logic to follow: prioritize the best possible solutions, ensure that these solutions are up to the scale of the emergency, and focus one's energy and resources on their urgent implementation.

Launched in a high-level meeting at the UN Office for Partnerships just before the pandemic, the Global Partnership is a focused, practical initiative to get the best programs and ideas deployed at the scale necessary and with the urgency required.

Identifying the best current and proposed innovative initiatives for a different, better world via the Better Century Awards and mobilizing support for them in a wide variety of ways.

INITIATIVE

Generating financial support for the Rethinking Civilization Awards nominees and honorees, from individual donations via the One Hour of Income for A Better Century Campaign, the Catalytic Philanthropy Council, and the Save Civilization Committee.

"THE FUTURE NEEDS YOU NOW" CIVIC ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN

Facilitating public awareness about the key issues facing humanity and the most innovative and impactful programs and ideas for systemic, societal innovation via our Rethinking Civilization Video Podcast, our World Data overview, as well as through new services soon to launch.
