Please indicate which Award Category and which Award type best describes your suggested Nominee. (Note: individuals can only be suggested for the new ideas/proposals type of award. Otherwise, both the existing program/initiative/organization and the new ideas/proposals awards are appropriate for organizations). And, if possible, say a few words about why you find your suggested Nominee to be appropriate.
